<< DA NAPOLI A NEW YORK >>

Even though he left his native country of Italy 40 years ago, Vincent Barbone has never lost the relish of the Italian language, nor the multiple riches of a different culture. Vincent Barbone has mixed his contrasting musical influences, principally, of course rock, even blues but with a little pop mixed in. The diversity of his musical world is a mix of his three everyday languages and we find them (the 3 languages) in unexpected proportions.
Through his show "DA NAPOLI A NEW YORK", Vincent Barbone tells of his path, an immigrant making his way through the world, always in search of new horizons, whilst keeping Italy in his heart, but without nostalgia. The mix of Neapolitan tradition, US Rock and his own composition is a choice which adds to the feeling of complicity between Vincent Barbone and the audience, a revelation of his sultry charisma.
